NOTE: If you have a Bio-Pen hardware, first download and install the LockBox software. Then connect the Bio-Pen hardware and follow the instructions to install the driver. And then register your UserID and signature through Web Access using the LockBox software.
If you do not have a Bio-Pen hardware, just download and install the LockBox Software and it will act as a "reader" for "unlocked" BPL files.

Requirements: Bio-Pen Software requires Windows updates of newer than .NET Framework 2.0 or higher and MDAC 2.6 before installing software. If error message appears during the software installation, exit the installation, update MDAC and/or .NET Framework and then retry.
